I have received many texts/calls since right before Christmas. I thought maybe it was settling down, but it’s getting worse again. On Jan 9th at 4:49pm & 4:52pm I received two phone calls from this number that left long computer voice generated messages. I am summarizing the voicemail, but it’s basically to change or get new health insurance coverage from health plan.org. They gave a call back number of 855-410-9439. Right prior to these two calls, I received a text message (I just submitted a complaint with that information as well). After these two phone calls, I started receiving multiple calls (probably 50 calls total) from unknown numbers. I am blocking them but they seem to be using different numbers. Please help investigate these scams. It’s an incredibly awful feeling knowing these scammers have some information on me to call and I just worry about all the other people they are calling as well.

They made it seem like they were legit, gave me policy #680895576 told me to call 1-833-424-7526 for my prescriptions. PAP to register. Talked to my husband so I thought it was ok. When they did not send the email. I knew something was up. I cancelled my card and felt like an [censored]. My diabetes is getting the best of me and my insurance wont pay. I just needed help.
