after seeing the front ad page and seeing there was a shipping charge which did not actually surprise me, I saw the views of which I have taken screen shots. I went thru the process multiple times without giving personal information though some existed (zip code, etc,) because of an earlier professional email address I no longer access (though I had never contacted the site...again, not terribly surprising..) I called. 1 (818) 303-9260 to ask for assistance, was told albeit in an even tone that I misunderstood the site. The person answering the phone had to ask what website I had contacted before taking verbal ownership of their company. I realize that phone bank employees abroad often have more than 1 business to cover. She asked to review the website information with me. After attempting to explain about the mysterious offer as I tried to leave the page, she asked to review the info with me again. I kindly explained the process and she told me I misunderstood and had it wrong and said the trial is free not shipping but if you pay for something, they give you free shipping. Either way, I hope the images arrive in this email. If not please visit www.idollash.com and attempt to claim the free trial but then leave the page when shipping is mentioned. You will likely have the same experience. A window will pop up and promise free shipping, etc. for the free trial meaning no cost at all they said. But even with several attempts, the free shipping was never actually offered on the check out page.
