I was told 3-5 business days for delivery. Here is what my receipt said:

Here was the response:

Your order JR10687 EB7 GREEN has not shipped yet, because your order is a pre- sale product.
It'll take about a month to ship.

I immediately requested to cancel the order and get a refund.
They responded with offering a free bike lock.
I didn't want to stress about it so I said okay to that.
On May 28th I asked when it was expected to ship and was not given a date but an excuse that they are back ordered and it will ship "early June"
I inquired June 10th on expected delivery and was told another "half month"
Sent emails June 24th, 26th and 30th as well as July 10th with no response at all.
66 days have passed and I do not have a bike and they are no longer responding.
