I was renting from this agent and the landlord(who ensured specific payment methods couldn't be tracked, but we kept track). We believe they are illegally renting in HOAs that don't permit renters. They then kicked us out and sent a termination letter saying we had until the 30th(end of June) to move out. They then kicked us out on the 15th. They then charged us $140/day for 16 days and took it out of our deposit return. We were told individually by the landlord previously that the entirety of the month would be accessible if we moved out early, which proved false.
