Forwarded previous complaint, but forgot to enter dollars lost. Place order on Sep29th, called and sent email to business and Paypal a few minutes to cancel order once I noticed it was a scam. I figured no one was going to answer. Contacted USPS to make complaint and at postalinspectors.upis.gov and Paypal.
