Placed order with this company #**on Jan. 23/2021. Waited two weeks for email detailing shipping information like their website promised. Nothing sent to me. Sent email requesting information on shipment two weeks later and providing order number and date. No response. Another week 02/20/21, still no response. 2/ 28/21 sent email giving them until 3/5/21 to respond or I would take further action. 3/6/21 sent email to **. Detailing this information since this company is falsely using one of P&G’s famous brands as their business name and filling their website with images of Lysol products with that word clearly shown. This makes the average consumer think the website is part of the P&G family which is known world wide by the Lysol images of products. I should have done my due diligence before dealing with this company but let the lack of local availability due to the virus overrule my better judgement. I have checked everywhere on their website and cannot find a phone,fax, or address for you. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks. Tom
