https://www.meloedy.com/ is the name of the web page(Also called themselves zzrays Co., Ltd.) where I ordered a 100 inch projector screen for Halloween for a total price with shipping of $24.98. The package was paid for using my PayPal account and was ordered September 15, 2020. The package was supposed to arrive within 14 days and it did not. I notified PayPal and a few days later, the "seller" said that the order was on it's way to a receiving office in Los Angeles, CA. To make a long story short, it arrived today(10/13/2020) at my house via USPS and when I opened the package, it was nothing more than a cheap, thin piece of white plastic. I looked up the return address and found that the address has been used by many scammers over the years.

The return address even had JOE DOE as the name!

**** ***** **** ***** *** *** ******* ** ***** I have escalated this complaint to PayPal and they will also be looking into it.
