i seen an item i wanted and liked on facebook. went to their website an d order. item was free i just had to pay ship & handling. well order was going to take 15 to 30 days to receive and i was moving during that time so i had order canceled. my refund was promised to be credited to my acct. they're refusing to refund my money or answer my correspondence.
