Web site had picture of cute puppy. Seller emailed contract and am buying puppy for granddaughter. Contract said $850 "that's all you will pay". I sent money through Zelle TD Bank to gmail [email protected]. Seller told me to cancel (after he knew money was received) because account was in his ex-wife's name and he did not get the funds. Later he said he would ship puppy using Profly-USA Pet Transport. He was aware that the transport charged insurance fees and would not send puppy unless I paid for insurance $1080.79 more. I told him his contract said $850 and included all shipping fees. He hung up phone and threatened granddaughter he would charge for fraud.
