We purchased a pair of athletic shoes from this site but did not receive the shoes. After one month of waiting, we contacted the customer service email on the invoice to find out why they hadn’t come. About one week after contacting the “company” to ask why we did not receive them, we received a mysterious package in the mail from China containing a cheap scarf. When we tried to dispute the charges for the shoes (with our bank), the “company” used the tracking number of the scarf as their claim that the shoes had been delivered. Luckily we had saved everything and were able to show that they were trying to keep our $125 by sending us a scarf worth about one dollar. We also had to replace our credit card to protect ourself from these scammers.
