Ordered. Pair of Stuart Weitzman boots which I thought were authentic because the website appeared to be authentic to me. However when I got the boots I had a severe allergic reaction on my skin within minutes of opening the package. The boots are not authentic Stuart Weitzman boots. I paid close to 400 dollars for fake and I was robbed and left with an uncomfortable painful rash which involved both my arms as I have highly sensitive skin. Upon contacting the company being there is no direct phone number I had to send message through the website In which they responded “please send us a picture of the boots you received” because I had told them I was not satisfied with the product I ordered and wanted a refund. Their refund policy states you can have a full refund if returned within 14 days. So I responded back to them saying I should not have to take pictures of the boots being I can’t touch them and the smell of the chemical on them I was forced to place them in the garage. I’ve been now contacting them for 3-4 days everyday thru the websites messaging system and nobody will contact back. It’s very sad and disgusting how people could be so rude and unprofessional and rob people of their hard eArned money. And then make counfeit products. They are clearly not authentic Stuart Weitzman boots. I even offered to pay all return shipping costs but they will not even respond to my message.
