I purchased the item for $399. Their payments are run through a company called https://www.afterpay.com/en-US
When I didn't get the product, I tried to call them, but their listed phone number is a fake number, there is actually a number missing from the link.
When the phone didn't work, I emailed the customer service number and the email bounced back a week later.
I filed a claim with https://www.afterpay.com/en-US and it took two weeks and repeated calls to get them to get back to me. I fought this with **** who did find this to be a fraudulent company, and submitted a claim to Afterpay, which they just got back to me and agreed it was fraudulent and refunded me in full. However they are still the payment center for the site. If they know it's fraudulent, why is Afterpay still in contract with them?
