I recently went to obtain a new passport online at the website www.us-passport.website and I filled out the application and it asked for my credit card information to pay online. They stated that they would send me an email with a pdf attached to fill out and send with my passport picture, and then it said that it was unable to send me an email at that time. I never received an email and then when I tried emailing them, they replied back 3 times within 3 different minutes and the emails were all empty. I then contacted a government passport agency, and the woman I spoke with said that if you are obtaining a new passport that you are not allowed to get them online and that you have to go to a location to get the passport. She also stated that they never ask for money over the internet, and this website did.
