Type of a scam Online Purchase
Maria Lovchanovskaya, my relative in St. Petersburg, Russia ordered merchandise from this online store on January 16, 2017. The advertised price was in Russian rubles. Once the order 170216-114957-9572 was filled, the price in dollars was double that of what was advertised. Initial inquiries regarding the price discrepancy were ignored and finally the merchant asked for a copy of the passport and copy of Visa card scanned on BOTH sides (with CVV number?). All additional attempts to contact the merchant were ignored. The money was collected, but no merchandise has ever been received.
When, on behalf of Maria Lovchanovskaya, I decided to interfere and contact the store by phone, the "greeting" of the answering service was, "Voicemail box of 213-215-3541. Leave a message."
The place is clearly a scam operation and ScamPulse.com of Central California should shut this website down.
