I made an online purchase to a website www.xenonhids.com on May 28th for headlights for my vehicle. I paid an additional for faster 2 to 3 day express shipping. I did not receive my order until June 15th after several emails requesting status of my purchase. I could not find a number to speak to anyone directly. Email response was non existent. Once I received the product, as it turned out, the fitment was not correct and I had to return. Complete waste of my time and money. At this point, I no longer wanted to do business with this company and requested a full refund. This prompted me to look further into this company and what I found was only confirmed my concerns. I wanted to send back on the same day as I received the product, but I had to submit a request and wait for an approval to return to the company. Using their website I had to submit information to complete the return process and had to wait for shipping instructions. I went ahead and did that and sent via UPS and paid additional money to return. I also had to submit online to the company the tracking information which of course I did using UPS. So now along with return shipping I am out $170. As of today, July 23rd. I reached out again to get a status on my refund and I was advised that there was an error on my tracking number. I checked the tracking number and UPS says that the package was refused.
