I won an auctioned car off a repo car auction website. Minutes later after winning I was called by a company rep who confirmed my name, address, and email and then informed me that I would receive an email with an invoice for a wire transfer. When asked if I could set up my own shipping I was told that they do not allow that and they ship with their company provider. So I couldn’t even view the vehicle first before it was shipped. The invoice did not have enough vehicle information to make me feel comfortable with continuing the process. It also had instructions to send the wire transfer to a different business name, a clothing store business. The address provided on the website is a large office building. When I called the building information directory they had no knowledge of the business and also mentioned that I was the fourth person today to call about this WXTDepot company.
