Business has a site online I looked it up with scam detector and it said it was a reputable website. I bought some items, and noticed that their tracker for their items was stopped working. A month later I checked the tracker after being told to wait by the company, the package said that it was delivered. Understanding the package should have been sizeable I checked with the neighbors, my partner, and around my building to look for it. I contacted the company again. They said they could try sending it again (It already took a month so no). They also claimed that the package was signed for but I am not the person who signed for it (they also provided no proof of this claim). They said that they would lose money since they said they sent it so they offered 50% refund. I realized they were lying to me and requested a full refund, they tried to offer a 70% refund after that. I notified then that I would be reporting them since their website said they offer full refunds. I told them that I would report them in ~16hrs if they are unable confirm a full refund. They stopped responding, I sent 2 more messages and nothing.

Update: I just checked my email again after I began this report and it looks like they offered a 100% refund but are threatening that they will give me a "chargeback" and it shut down my account. They are also stating that 15 to 25 days as opposed to a regular refund (which is what it should be).

Note: I would like to send the emails but the file upload isn't working for email or the .png. I can send via email.
