My Vehicle was illegally towed from apartment complex. My Apartment complex requires a parking permit sticker, witch I had on my vehicle for the past years I lived in this apartments. When I asked wyatts towing for the reason my vehicle being towed, they said because they didnt see a parking sticker on my vehicle they claimed to see only a oil change sticker on the windshield. When I retrieved my vehicle from them, the parking sticker had been removed from inside the vehicle, along with the oil change sticker they claimed they only saw witch was also removed by them. Theres signs of force entry on my passenger vehicle, clearly showing they illegally went inside the car to removed the stickers themselves. Money I had left inside as well was stolen, money was not visible from an outside view.

Very bad customer service, very bad way of doing their services, like rats looking for food they look for cars to be towed, with no notification whatsoever they got my car from the garage where I live and pay rent with my temporary parking permit inside the car , the car was not illegally parked .

I did not know what was happening in the morning I tried to get my car that was not in the garage so called the police first , then the office where I live and found out Wyatts had taken my car.

I called wyatts the whole entire day after 1 pm and when I finally spoken to someone she said she could not have her Sunday church spoiled and hang up on me . Called again and she said I need to pay 300$ to get the car back
