I made a on line purchase for 4 Coaster Chairs form Wykes Furniture on April 23, 2021. The Wykes Furniture website stated I would be notified within 5 to 8 business days of the shipment date. Wykes immediately withdrew $799.98 out of my account the same exact date I made the purchase on April 23, 2021 and never shipped the 4 Coaster Chairs. It is now May 6, 2021 and I have never heard from Wykes Furniture. I have called the 562-916-3368 phone number numerous time, no one has ever answered the phone, and I have left several voice messages for a return call and no one has called me. I wrote several emails to [email protected] for a shipment arrival date and or a full refund $799.98 returned immediately to my bank account. No one from Wycks Furniture has contacted me by email. This is a scam it is illegal to draft from a consumer account prior to receiving the merchandise. I will be filing a police report in the state of Texas and California. Along with an Attorney assistant to file a class action suite on behalf of all the people who have been scamed by Wycks Furniture.
