We received an e-mail notification (looks authentic) saying we had booked a vacation to South Carolina and our charges were going to be $159.62. I called the 855 number on the e-mail notification and spoke to a person who asked me to hold while they checked into it. They never returned to the call. When I hit redial on my cell phone it went to a different number 715-829-0799 which said it was not yet set up for voice mail. So I recalled the 855 number (which said it was in Orlando) and tried to again speak to a person but without resolution so just told them I would contact the ScamPulse.com as I felt we were being targeted as a scam.

I reserved 10/15/2016 a tour vacation for 7/8 stay on avail with one year to use with Wyndham. I contacted the representative he told me they will not honour the contract I paid for and I cannot get a refund. I tried several times to contact Wyndham and not one person could help me at all.
