So called "Detective" Donald Cyrus (last name sp?) called explaining his private investigator company could solve my query. He called and then his so-called secretary, "Tammy," called asking for my credit card number for an initial payment of $150.00 to open the case. I did submit the payment. They claimed that they refunded this, but on checking, there are No pending refunds to my credit account. The very next day, they called asking for $200.00, which I submitted the payment. They then called the next day asking for a different credit card that "Square," their purported credit card payment processor, would not accept my credit card, stating that they did not receive the $200.00. When I asked for a full refund, Donald texted (main communication by Text only), Donald claimed he was not responsible for that because their payment processor did not give it to them. This was clearly fraudulent, and I have been victimized by Identity Theft Scam. This has been reported to local police, who will do an investigation, track down the Scammers, and hopefully prosecute them. The Scammers did impersonate the company using the email provided and mobile numbers. They are whom contacted Me and convinced me they were legitimate. So I lost $350.00 to scammers.
