I ordered an item off the Amazon website, sold by XBender as a third party seller. The item was never shipped. After looking into the issue on the Amazon seller profile for XBender, I discovered that dozens, if not hundreds, of other individuals similarly purchased items from XBender via Amazon, and no one received their purchases. XBender customer service never replied to my emails or phone calls, and they likewise did not respond to the other people who left feedback on Amazon and tried to contact them. While Amazon appears to be giving full refunds, XBender must still be held accountable for this scam.
