I ordered a sweater. It came damaged. The online policy stated here says if you get an item damaged you can request a refund/return: https://www.zemyr.com/pages/return-exchange. I received a damaged product-Took item out of package, took pic, returned item to package, sent email requesting return label and refund. Received email stating I was to keep product and an offer of $7 compensation. I said, "No." got second email increasing compensation to $16. Again, I said, "No." Got third email stating $22 is best they can do for me and I can keep item. They tell me they would have to ship is back to Dubai and it costs too much money to do that, so I'd have to pay for shipping - myself. No way will I pay tyhem to rip me off twice! Item looks like it came from dollar store-Truly inferior products. I reported them to everyone I could think of and got a reply from a SCAM ALERT FB page stating: "The image itself is fake because the design has been superimposed onto a model. You were never going to receive what's in the image." Sure enough - you can see cut lines of a photoshop image. I replied "No. I want my money back,"
