The person said we'd gotten 3 notifications that our Xcel (power) would be turned off if we didn't pay our bill. He insisted I call this other number (844-796-2435) and give the ticket number he mentioned (0187852-04) and pay to stop our power from getting turned off. Our building landlord actually has all of the utilities on autopay and none of them are associated with our business name since there are multiple businesses in this one business building, so this was obviously a scam.
