On 01/04/2023 I saw an add for some articles of clothing that looked very nice so I placed an order. Order # 8233 15875460RH. $45.70 +$.37. Then on 01/06/2023 I placed another order. #00C 63811623RH. $42.68 +$.34.

I never received any notice from the company, so I sent a gmail to see status of order. I got an answer that they were working hard to get the orders out so be patient.
I sent another gmail on status. Was told it was still in process and would be coming soon. At that time, I wrote back I would be contacting the authorities if I didn't receive my order soon. I was told to just be patient.

I don't know know where to turn at this point. Any suggestions?

I was playing a game on my phone and an ad came on advertising loose sweaters in plus sizes for women at a lower price than another ad had shown on the same game , but at different times. I looked at their clothing and was thrilled. I was trying to get a $40 order to get free shipping. The more I ordered, the bigger discount I would get. I placed the order. A couple of days later my bank called about fraud prevention. I said yes I placed the order. Afterwards, I started getting worried. But I kept tracking it with what I thought was a legitimate number. However, it said the package was delivered to the mailbox associated with my billing address on 11/25/22. Today is Dec.2nd. I had inquired about it earlier this week. I live in a rehab/nursing home. The mail person asked all of the staff if they had received my package. Everyone said no. She told me to call the building across the way. They said no. I never received it. The xcnfc company told me to check with the USPS. The USPS said they couldn't use the tracking number I gave them and to contact the company for a USPS tracking number. I can't call them. There is no phone number. I have been scammed. It's a shame the way this company is stealing people's money. I don't get much as it is. To have the little I get taken from me is disgraceful. I hope other people are warned.
