I, too, was looking to buy a Dyson Stick V10 and on March 10, 2020, found an amazing price of $199.99. I purchased it, putting in my credit card information. The vendor ran it through Paypal.

I received an email from xdystore that they were waiting for the payment to go through, then another from them verifying my order. I got a third email from Paypal confirming my purchase with a receipt number. That is the last I heard from the vendor or Paypal. No tracking number was ever received.
On April 11th, I began my investigation. Xdystore's "support" email goes nowhere. Their address comes back to a grocery store in Salt Lake City. It seems they have at least two other online "stores": idrone360.com selling drones and mybrestore.com selling coffee/espresso makers.

No one answers the phone number given for any of their "stores."
I tried filing a case with Paypal, but since I did not use my paypal account to pay for the vacuum, they have no record of it, and their site won't let me file a complaint. I tried calling Paypal and after voice mail transfers was informed by their robot that due to coronavirus, their center was not manned.

I filed a complaint with my credit card company and hope to be reimbursed my money.

Lesson: If it seems too good to be true, it's probably isn't.

I was on the market for a Dyson V10 Vacuum Stick. I did an internet search for this product and I clicked on the company that had the lowest price. The email address was xdystore.com. It showed several symbols including one for the Better Business Bureau. It had free shipping and allowed me to pay with Pay Pal so I figured it was legit and I was safe with Pay Pal. Immediately after ordering it I received a UPS tracking number from Pay Pal. I couldn’t believe that it could be shipped within a matter of 3 minutes so I became suspicious. I waited awhile to see if I received a confirmation from the company confirming the order. I never received anything from the merchant. Upon clicking on the tracking number it confirmed my suspicions. The tracking number the merchant gave Pay Pal was not for this product but was for medication I received from Walmart several weeks before the date of this order. I, thereafter went back to the internet but the site appeared to be gone. I immediately called Pay Pal and explained what happened. They said they would contact the merchant and he would have 10 days to answer. After 10 days Pay Pal sent me an email saying my claim was denied because the merchant provided a tracking number. I have never received anything and the tracking number is fraudulent. Pay Pal chooses to believe the crook. I recently noticed the xdystore website is back up again selling Dyson Vacuums but the site has a different look. They still offer PayPal as they know how to scam them as well.
