I was tagged in a facebook post to work from home through Xerox. I IM the person to get more info and a person answered me by asking me to download telegram desktop. I downloaded the app and started talking with Daniel and did an online interview and got hired. He asked for my personal info to get the hiring process started. I sent it via taking picture on telegram and sent it. After talking about the job,he informed me he was going to send me check to be distributed to vendors for software to go onto the Mac book I was suppose to be getting to work on from home. I got 3 checks via my email, printed them off, did a mobile deposit.The Checks posted.I sent money to vendors via Zelle, and cash. The check amounts are $1134.11 on7/24/2020, $3125.13 on 07/27/2020, $3961.43 on 7/28/2020. The checks ended up bouncing. I got a hold of Daniel and let him know and he said it would be fixed,which it never did. He asked me to open up a new bank account from Onpoint which I told him no. He also said that the Macbook was on its way and gave me a tracking number through DTD courier. I have let him know I did not recieve teh Macbook and I wanted my account fixed before I did anything else. He kept telling me to open a new account to which I reply no. I have nformed him to not contact me any more and I have gotten a hold of the authorities.
