They told me I had to pay half they bill which was 320 dollars and they would pay the remainder they made it look like they were paying but they retracted the payment and now instead of paying a 650 bill I now owe over 800 for late fees I am a disabled senior on disability budget and I am very overwhelmed about how I am going to pay this so my lights don't get cut off
