I received a call stating it was Xfinity Comcast's call to reward me for being a loyal customer. They asked for my name and what I paid for service. I was put on hold then they incorrectly gave me my address. I explained that was not my address. When they asked for my correct address, I asked was this a scam, and they hung up immediately. The call showed on my phone from Arlington, TN

They will ask questions on a product for customer satisfaction with statements ranked from one to ten, they will ask multiple questions until they reach a yes or no, they will get really insistent for you to say yes. I contacted customer service of Xfinity and was able to talk to the security department, I gave them the phone number that called me and was informed that I was contacted by a scam number.
