I ordered 2 pairs of pants on March 11, 2021. The site stated that items over $79 would be shipped within 24 hours. On March 25, 2021, I contacted the company to see if my purchase was coming. They emailed me back and stated that my order was prepared and would be dispatched soon. On April 2nd (one week later) I had not still not received a tracking number so I contacted them again. This time they told me that delivery time would be affected due to the "impact of the epidemic." So I waited longer.

When I still didn't receive a tracking number after 25 more days I contacted them again (on April 28th) and reminded them that they had told me my order had been prepared to ship on the 26th of March. Their answer this time was that they would ship my order by next week.

After more than a week, on the 10th of May, I contacted them once again and told them they keep giving me false information, and I asked them to please refund my money. This time they said, "let me check with the warehouse and get back to you soon."

I told them they had two months to check with the warehouse. And told them to give me back my money.

Next, they told me, "The item is too hot sale so it is not in stocks for now." They told me they would give me a 10% discount for the delay and asked if that was acceptable for me. I told them no thank you and told them to refund my money.

I haven't heard from them since.
