The contractor that owns the business signed a contract with us for renovations for our home with a quote of $95,000. He would keep asking for money then disappearing for for weeks at a time. The contract was to be completed within 3 months starting February 2020. It has now been over a year and he has been paid over $100,000 (over the quote), has completed 10% of the work and has disappeared.
