I ordered a wig from this company on a Facebook ad. After waiting several weeks, I finally received a wig but it was not anything like what was advertised. I received a cheap, shiny plastic piece of junk that I could have bought for $10 at a local beauty supply store. The company offered my a $5 refund for item or to send it back to China with tracking at my expense, which of course is ridiculously expensive. I checked the PayPal community and over 200 other people have been scammed by this company; however PayPal states they have not seen enough complaints at this time to take action.

This company is committing fraud by baiting and switching a hair straightener. They are advertising on FACEBOOK with pictures of a high quality straightener, then shipping an inferior product. The hair straightener I received is nothing similar to the item that I paid for, as it does not have any of the features described, including: temperature memory (iron turns on to last used setting), automatic shutoff after 30 minutes of non-use, professional titanium plates, heating up in 55 seconds, adjustable temperature settings: 300° F, 325° F, 350° F, 375° F, and 400° F. The product I was sent is a very cheap imitation made of plastic, with no titanium plates, and only has an on/off switch. I contacted the seller to get a refund, but was told I have to ship it to China. The USPS cost to ship to China for a package of this weight is $34.65, which is more than I paid for the item at $27.98. The shipping label from the seller states that the product only has a value of $5 US dollars, while the website claims that the product is worth $190.
