Below quoted is their customer service email response. Upon checking their Facebook many other people have been scammed by false advertising.
“ Dear Customer,
So sorry for the trouble caused you.
We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item you received. While according to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
In this situation, how about we provide a 10% refund for this order to make you satisfied? And you can save money for the returning shipping fee. Honestly, even this will make us lose money, we are still willing to do so to make you satisfied, we sincerely hope you can understand and agree
Warm Prompt: Please do not send the item back until we authorize the return with the returning address in the email. Also, the address on the package is not our returning address, do never send the package to that address, or we will not be responsible for the loss.
