bloo concert

hey! i've bought a vip tickets for bloo concert (5 december 2021 in paris )
and i don't have recieved this tickets. i was try to contact xm ticket but the web site doesnt' work. Xmticket don't refund me and i want to have the refund because the ticket cost to me around 140€

These people stole money from me. Promised me a soundcheck ticket for a BTS concert and did not give me the ticket nor refund. I lost $1900+ and then their website is now for sale. Scammers! Scammers! Scammers!

I have the same experience as NotABot7005.
I bought tickets for a concert and at the time, they were helpful. They gave me a range of dates of when to expect the tickets. I never got them. All of my emails asking about them were ignored. But less than a week before the concert, suddenly they email me to say that the tickets had been cancelled and that I would be refunded in 10-14 business days. Those business days came and went and now my emails get bounced back, STILL NO REFUND, the concert was over a month ago.

Literally do not buy anything from XMtickets.

XM Tickets have not refunded me for my tickets. Last time they talked to me was the night before the concert date, I bought tickets for and they were hard to reach. They then emailed me that they will issue a refund within 10-15 days. I don’t see anything happening yet on my bank account.

The website offered concert tickets for many different events and when I purchased my ticket they never replied to my emails asking about an update on my order. It has now been weeks and I have yet to receive my ticket.

This complaint has been closed by our legal team a year ago. The money has been refunded back to the original buyer as per the terms and conditions of the website.
