I was on Shein website and it reverted to Shine. They claim my order was shipped. They could not tell me where or produce evidence. BTW they had me to pay extra for insurance. It was a clothing order. Refused to refund money

I placed a clothing order online from what I thought was Shein, after order placed and I got confirmation e mail I noticed it said Shine-Clothing, then another email saying justowear. I immediately got a bad feeling, tried to cancel and any rely coming back to me was written in Chinese. Bank says I can't dispute until processed.
