Order a treadmill says it's been delivered but not here or anywhere around. They won't contact me back or anything how do I get my money back.

I purchased a Schwin exercise bike, and the company said it was delivered after 3 weeks (after the original date) and it was not. Then they said it will take 7-10 days to refund my money but i still have yet to receive a refund. Tried to call and the number is disconnected, and no one is responding to my email. Also, the website is shutdown so I cannot even log on.
