I ordered from the website and did not receive my order. After 2 weeks I contacted the seller. After not receiving a response within 5 business days. I reported them to Paypal where the seller immediately contacted them back with a UPS tracking number. I told them I had not received package and contacted UPS. UPS agent told me that it was weird that the information regarding the tracking number provided did not have my name or address, only my city location. They also said that it was an Amazon order. The order was placed on their website and was not an amazon order. I contacted amazon and they said they found the tracking number but could not give me any details because I was not the account holder. After further investigation on my part on the website. All of the social media links, I.E. Facebook, instagram etc go to my own accounts and not to the company's. Below is the info from UPS. Notice it does not have my name or address on the shipping order.
