Purcahsed a service on line at XNSPY.com the service was incapable of being installed, the website stated it was easy tp install and worked on all IOS devices, after two hours of attempted installing time, i requested a refund and they said sorry that service is not working right now, so i asked for a full refund, they said no sorry we will give you half, i asked how can you keep money my money for a service you offer and knowingly it does not work? They said sorry but the service is temporarily out of service, , i asked for my refund and they said only half. I stated you knew it was now working why would your systmen not have noted it or provided a pop up or allow me to buy the service when you knew up front it does not work? they said sorry do you want 50 percent, how many people are they scamming like this? they know it does not work and still kept half my money? that is stealiing and wire fraud,
