I ordered the Ev1 for my husband at the price of 75.65, I got a email telling me due to the delay they were upgrading my order to the EV 3 for free, but when I got my bank statement I found out that that upgrade wasn’t free, it cost me 60.00$, my husband said that he can’t stand them due to the background noise being so loud and they have a sequel in them can’t get in touch with anyone to send them back, and also on the website that I was on they clearly stated that they were hearing aids not amplifiers, but my husband says they are nothing but amplifiers ! Just wanted everyone to know! Oh I as well was billed like everyone else by one company and when you call you get a recording from Xoom

I ordered Audien hearing aids 2 for the price of one. Finally received product, (1) pair. They are terrible. Cannot get in touch with anyone to return.

What is this ? We did not order anything from this company yet I am finding a charge to this company in the amount of 75.65 to Adien Hearing Aids. When I called the number listed on the charge all I get is a Xoom hearing aid recording that said it would be delivered in March. This is June and we never order anything from either of these companies The web site is blank and I am calling the Iowa Attorney Generals office

Hello..I also are still waiting for my hearing aids that were ordered in January. The price was $89.00,And was promised to be delivered to my home in March. As of yet I to still have not received the hearing aids, or a letter, or even a email stating why the hearing aids haven't arrived. My order # is 7066. Your company has my $ and I have no hearing aids.Your attention to this order is greatly needed. I hope you would solve this matter quickly. Thankyou, Tina Jenkins ~ [email protected]

I ordered hearing aids from Audien/zooms back in April. Payment of $153.00 was deducted from my account. As of June 2,2020 I am unable to reach the company about delivery. I will call my bank to reverse the payment. This crap ticks me off.

i ordered in ear aids did not get them instead got big aids that dont fit and worse yet i was charged twice. if you check your records on 03/23/20 you can verify.I would like to return them as per your satisfaction guarantee please inform me how to go about that. i didnt receive them until 05/25/1920

I ordered a pair of the 89.00 ones and got the same emails that everyone got. Said they would upgrade to EV 3 at no extra charge! Still haven't received then yet! That was In Feb 2020! I was told they are a scam company and operate under several names! Beware!

I placed an Order in March of 2020 with Audien Hearing. Like others I received notices of a delay due to late arrival of parts. Amber at Audien responded with multiple delivery dates. After threatening to report them to the GA Department of Consumer Affiars, I received an email notice on May 15 at 11:18 am that Xoom Hearing had created a USPS Tracking number. Per USPS Tracking on May 20, the package has still not been delivered to a USPS facility.

I am filing a Complaint with the State of GA today as well as reversing payment through American Express due to fraud.

My Husband ordered a pair under Audian May 5 2020 for $153.00. A few days later we get a form letter about delays because they can't get parts due to covid 19. I send an email asking for more information, get another form letter begging to be patient that orders were going out in march, (this is may) and parts were coming in on may 10 and 20th. My husband can't wait any longer without hearing aids. Why were they continuing to take money from people when they knew they didn't have the parts? In fact the website said fast delivery and is why we ordered from Audian. I tried calling the number on my bank statement, find out its Xoom formerly Audex and has a recorded message. None of my emails i get from them or the web site says those names. My husband has left 2 emails for them to refund him.
Waiting for a reply. Our next step is to contact our bank. I understand hard times and delays. But this was bad business to start with.

we purchased outs a few months ago as well...never received them. Email sent, they said they would refund our money, never happened. We contacted Discover Card, and they disputed the amount, and removed it from our account. My husband just got a shipping confirmation and they are supposed to be delivered this week. Call your credit card company, if you used one. Seems as though they can get the ball rolling. Good luck.

Ordered a pair in March. Only wanted one pair but had to buy two. That was in mid March. Have not received the product yet. Will be contacting the credit card company to see if there is anything we can do. If not will contact the AR attorney general’s office to see if we can get help there.

Ordered EV-1 hearing aid ($89)and upgraded to EV-3 ($60) from Audix on March 25 2020. Audix changed to Xoom- tried all phone #s and web - no results on communication or receiving hearing aids WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON—

I ordered and payed for hearing aids jan. 29th 2020 order #7443 and never received an email that they were shipped and never received them. my email is [email protected] waiting for a response, i just called the phone number 888-653-4434 and got a recorded message saying all orders will be shipped out by mid march. HELP I guess i will be going to my bank on monday to report them

About 9 months ago, I ordered a cheap hearing aid. Got it and did not like but did nothing. This same company then just mailed me hearing aids and charged my account.

I ordered 2 pairs in Jan 2020, it is now March 2, cannot get anyone by phone, just a pitiful recording blaming the current virus that is affecting the world. At the time of order, it was pretty much just affecting China. I think we have been scammed.

I received my order, however, the pictures shows a pull tab (to take out hearing amplifier) but the ones I received do not have the pull tab. Yes, tried to contact them and got the same message of we'll get your order in 24-48 hours.

in Jan 2020 I ordered the EV1 hearing assist aids. They charged my credit card $89.00 . Since I have not received anything, keep trying to email co. get reply back stating shipping delays (4x I've received exact email) will receive shipping notice within 48 hrs. Have never received anything. Try to call the co. get refered to email. Very frustrating. Can't even cancel order and get refunded.
