Company steals money back from card

I was a victim of a false purchase at a Walmart at 2am. They took all my money off my card and then the company didn’t send me a card or give my money back .. I was just [censored] out of luck, I guess .. never using this card again. Customer service [censored] too !

I don't like the fact that you can't speak to anyone in the customer care department...the machine that I used chard my card four times... And I can't speak to anyone in the office for a refund to my account...cause there is noone there but they keep selling the cards though to people on the street.

Text messages have been coming through my cell provider on my CP from 422-65. I started getting text messages and have been coming every 10 to 15 minutes or less listing charges and balances for and stating "view e-stmt ww.xpectationscard.com" or "a failed transaction for exceeded number of pin tries has occurred on your Xpectations!card." I did not apply for this card.
