I not remember how I find computer repaired and I found xpertcrew and they get I need my computer and fix my computer and I pay 449.99 Plus tax last March 2017 then yesterday October 18,2017 they say the year got police call about my computer so they want investment my computer to clean and charge me crazy price. I let xpertcrew get in my computer and investigate and I was so nervous and scared and I asked my niece what going on. And my niece come and checked and saw that xpertcrew looking into my password save, and many others. I am not sure what I suppose do. Please help

having computer issues, kept getting pop up messages. responded to one that had an Apple web site look in the background with a phone number 1 888 923 0333 to contact to remedy malware issues. called the number and was notified that my firewall was disabled and offered either manual or autormatic update option. I unfortunately choose a 3 year option and paid via a debit of bank account. sent an email asking for a refund effective immediately.

While online, I was redirected to this company, purporting to be Apple Support, after infecting my MacBook Pro with their adware. Popup stated that my system was infected and that it was imperative I contact customer service. Popup provided both telephone number and link.
