I created a free trial on this website and immediately canceled when I wasn't sure what the service was or what was supposed to be provided. The company went ahead and charged my card anyway and I have tried to contact them multiple times without any kind of response from their end. I have also tried disputing with my credit card company and they said there was nothing they can do.
