In August ordered from Xpluswear 68421941 order number cost 102.96. I had to contact usps so they could verify the order wasnt delivered to me. I emailed them in November advising them usps didnt deliver the package. Then they asked if they could redeliver it or issue a credit balance. I emailed them today again and suggested credit balance. No refund, no credit balance, nor new order delivered

Ordered 3 dresses

Arrived separately and one not at all

Very long shipping time

Arrived broken and very poor quality- formal dress that looked like Halloween costume

Giving me run around about refund and only return option is shipping back at my cost to China with no guarantee of receiving refund

I purchased a clothing item and even received, it was an extremely cheap imitation of what was shown in the stock photo for sale. It was more like a badly made Halloween costume. I reached out to them for a refund and they make it extremely hard to get your money back. I have been emailing back and forth with them for 5 days and they still have not agreed to give me a full refund. I would warn anyone against purchasing from this merchant.

My first time ordering through this company, purchased a dress and when I got it, it wasn’t white or looked like the description so I reached out to customer care and they requested photos which I provided and they offered me 30% refund but not the actual correct dress or refund.

I placed an online order for a total of $85.67 on March 1, 2022. I have not received any shipping information and my emails are not being responded to. I looked at reviews for this site and have found that many people have been deceived by this so called company. Hopefully they can be stopped. I don't want anyone else to be scammed out of their hard earned money.
