I actually had a positive experience with this company. I admit, the text messaging and multiple number seemed a bit suspicious, but ultimately i took the risk considering the alternative was to not get an apartment. I was approved and then sent over screenshot approval and provided me all the information I needed after i submitted the final payment. Again, I really felt like I was taking a risk but thankfully everything worked out and I am living in my dream apartment.

This is definitely a scam. Do not pay any money to them! They trick you into signing a contract that isn't a full contract. The signature for Xpress Approvals say "Xpress Approvals on Docusign! Docusign actually has an error message which states that the signature is invalid and signed by DocuHub.LLC and isn't valid for Docusign! They trick you into believing that this document is legitimately coming from Docusign. I spoke with Brittany 510-265-8819 at Xpress Approvals and Jarred 510-359-4546. She is a real piece of work. I told her of my sister's situation and she said that they could help and that I needed to pay the initial payment of $300 before we started the paper work and that if they couldn't help me that the $300 would be refunded. I found out after speaking to Jarred that my sister wouldn't qualify for their program but he would try to get me qualified, although my credit score is almost 800 and I wouldn't need their skanky business! In any case, she sent to me a request using Google Pay under the e-mail account "brittanycosignasap@gmail…" for $300. Mind you, I had been looking for the information and their website discloses almost nothing. After I paid and I asked for the apartment form, she delayed and delayed (I guess waiting for my payment to go through on google pay) and finally sent the form which was a bunch of [censored]e! I spoke with Jarred and he said that they should not have started the process (although they had done absolutely nothing) based on the information that I had provided on the apartment information form. So, of course, I said well you haven't done anything, Brittany lied to me and didn't ask any questions and sent a contract that essentially had no terms and I want my $300 back. I kick myself for paying over money without more due diligence to such an obvious trollup! Don't get taken in...but I am fighting back! I will find Brittany and I will ensure that she gets what she deserves as well as Xpress Approvals! They are on the Godaddy website and you can report abuse on this fraud. Do not do contact or even think about using Xpress Approval they are scam artist to get a apartment approval for you. I paid $300.00 of the $600.00 requested to get the process started and was ripped off ! Any company that send you text messages from several different numbers and have no actual address is a scam ! They can not prove that you actually got a place or was approved for one, I waited for 3-4 days for them to tell me that they got a approval letter for me that I never saw, do not, do not think about calling this place for nothing !

I knew something wasn't right with this company when I couldn't get a representative on the phone. Instead, I was contacted via text message by 'Brittany', who informed me that I was guaranteed to be approved for the apartment of my choice as long as I didn't have any felonies or misdemeanors. I responded by stating that I still had some questions and that I'd like to speak with someone over the phone. The response I got was "Okay a couple quick questions"! I was then asked to email my first and last name, DOB, State I'm applying in, email, and phone number. I then received an email with a Docusign contract and was asked to sign and submit. The contract had numerous grammatical errors in it and was clearly not composed by a reputable business. I declined to sign and have not heard back. I would approach this 'company' with caution. The scam may work slightly better if the customer could actually speak with a company representative (or someone pretending to be a representative). If I'm going to fork over $600.00, I need to speak with someone as opposed to doing business with them via text.

They are on the Godaddy website and you can report abuse on this fraud. (godaddy.com/help/reporti…) You can also write to Welcome to the California Department of Consumer Affairs (800) 952-5210. I have already done so and the more of us that contact them the more likely it is that we will track down Brittany!

I just called a few minutes ago and also spoke with Brittany. I think this is the same company that i called before, they were operating under the name Cosignasap, also a scam. Thanks for the info.

xpress approval request $600. $300 upfront. This company states they cosign to get you into a living place.

This company falsified information on our apartment application. 2 weeks later was told by express approval the apartment was requesting a cosigner. Xpress approval messaged us asking us to apply at a different apartment. We requested our money back and they refused.
