advertised on Facebook as a memorabilia shop going out of business with reduced costs on items. I ordered 3 items. you go thru the payment process and get a confirmation. shortly after you see shipping information coming from China. 2 weeks later an item arrives and it's a cheap Fitbit watch probably cheaper than $66.47 I spent.

I tried buying a JBL speaker and was told it was shipped to the wrong address. But then I was told it had to clear customs after being sent to the wrong address in California. Then, next I was told to contact my carrier. Lastly, I was told it would take 7-15 days, But now I'm being told that I won't receive it at all! I've been offered a 20% refund, a 30% refund, and today a 40% refund.

I responded to an ad on Facebook. Placed the order for self-watering eco-stained elevated '2x8" planter box with arch trellis from planterbox.store. I received a confirmation on4/10/23 from [email protected] stating that the transaction will appear as -on shoethappyb.com. They gave me an order number. Provided a website for tracking that was not safe. https://xps.customercare-vip.com/index/index/service/token/003d93a7afa2b46b64868...⇄ This is the last I heard from them.

Ordered outdoor chair from Facebook. Scammers sent dinky panda keychains instead and said was warehouse error. I offered to return item but they said no too much money in customs. Said the kay chairs were same value as chair. I checked Facebook and they have run this scam on everyone that ordered and paid for outdoor chair. Then they offered to refund 10% of price. Total scan and I will NEVER order from Facebook again but it's a shame that these folks are getting away with it.
