The header of the website read, BED BATH & BEYOND. The site offers extremely discounted items. There are multiple categories for products. I placed an order (Order #AM091835807CN) for $59.99 on 8/28/23. Once the order was placed I was informed that the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as mrsuie. A confirmation e-mail is sent from [email protected]. To view your order details, track your package, or contact the merchant, please visit https://xps.customercarevip.com/index/index/service/token/0023578d7b1b4cdad0b6c7...⇄ To ensure your excellent shopping experience, the merchant requested customer care service at CustomerCare-VIP.com. At CustomerCare-VIP.com, we provide a real-time customer service platform for both customer and merchant. I never received another e-mail indicating shipment status or tracking number information. After inquiry, the 9/16/23 about the order, "Dora" [email protected] advised that their system indicated that it was delivered on 9/17/23 according to www.17track.net/en. That was untrue; no package has been delivered. After numerous emails back & forth, as of this mornings reply (10/9/23) with "Dora" [email protected] requesting a full refund; but, there is still no resolution.
