Purchased an elevated cedar garden bed for $133 on line April 17, 2020. Did get a confirmation for my purchase, including an order number, but did not receive the garden bed. Went to the website xqwoo.com on May 4, 2020 and found a contact email: [email protected]. Sent an email with a request for anticipated delivery date, and got no reply. Sent a second email a couple of weeks later, with a request for delivery date, but have never received a reply to either emails. Tried to access the website on June 7, 2020 and it says "Temporarily Unavailable". My debit/credit showed the following description for the charge: VENDI.MA 3366253292 NC 134 Davis Street. I have since discovered that this place is a scam and I am out $133. Lesson learned.

I purchased an item on "sale" and never received the item. I paid approximately $200 for it including shipping. I am unable to contact the website/vendor. I cannot find a transaction email. Basically the sale is untraceable. phone number for contact is unidentified on voicemail and the mailbox is full. this is the phone number (815) 236-5829. It may have been a stolen number. as of now the website is still live and I assume they are stealing from others actively. If I receive the item soon, I will correct this report. I purchased over 2 months ago.

Tried contacting them all to no avail. Tried email as well as phone - mailbox was full! (I assume with complaints) Their site is still up and operational but, it makes me wonder as to their validity as a trustworthy seller. Facebook needs to be more active with their sites offering services and or the sale of products to their users.

I saw an ad on Facebook. This ad said delivery would be within 7 to 10 days.
I ordered an elevated garden bed for $133. It has been 17 days ago with no email confirmation or item. On my card it said it was paid to Mermaidessentials.Shop.

I was on Facebook and I came across this. Thought it was a great buy because i would have to put it together according to the website. After I ordered it, I did not receive a conformation email. It didn't tell me how long it would take. I tried login in to find out & it said there was no account. Two days later i saw a profile on their site but no information. I called the number listed and it was someone's personal phone number. I also was unable to text or leave an email. I checked my account and saw there was a charge for a blenderseyewear.com. I called to have that disputed.

I even priced sheds that are similar they are like over a 1000.00 dollars

An add came up on Facebook for a raised garden bed. I have been shopping for these. The price was less that what I had found on line so I purchased it. I did not get the email confirmation that it said I would receive and when I dialed the number provided it is not a business but someone's personal phone.
