Tried to by a birthday present I paid for the product and was told to give them my name, address, email, and phone number so they could send me a tracking number, I received it and then received both a text and email saying I had to pay more money so that my package could be delivered, they wanted me to pay with cryptocurrency, cash app, or Zelle. When I looked up the company name I was shown a website that had only been up for 2 months, but claimed it was open since 2017, the address of the company led to a trailer home in the middle of nowhere, when I called and asked to speak to a manager the call “dropped”, I tried to contact the person that sold me the product but no answer.
