Purchased items on March 4, 2019 and i have still not received them (it is december 2020). Xymox Percussion, also known as thexymoxhouse inc. copies and pastes typical responses to ward off the many customers like me that never received their products. Xymox has declined to refunds or provide any valid information as to when we will receive our products. Also, xymox continues to release and ship out new products that were made far after my original order date. They have had the means to produce ans ship my order and the orders of all customers they scammed, but have decided not to. There are Instagram pages dedicated to the failure of xymox in providing the products. The official xymox percussion page on Instagram also does NOT allow anyone to comment because it is always filled with comments by people who have been scammed. We all just want our products, or our money back. DO NOT BUY FROM XYMOX!
