Is this a legit business operation in USA?

I am being offered the same purchasing manager position, but reading the contract, finding out that we need to use our personal credit card to purchase for the company Y & L Import Export Gmbh USA LLC, a strange feeling arises, particularly the signatory is a Chinese name headquartered in Germany? expanding to USA? I feel a chill in my spine. what about any guys out there having the same feeling?

Employment Scam

This company will contact you upon completing an employment post application on many of the job apps. They will ask you to purchase items for them supposedly with the company money. They will tell you they will have to send you that money to your credit card with a secured electronic transfer. Once you purchase the items and ship them to whoever outside of the US they pull their money back from your credit card and you’ll be stuck in debt. Be careful of this scam
